Continuing Education Units

Participants will be awarded .6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Conference Fee/Refund Policy

Due to the generosity of our sponsors, the conference fee is kept to a minimum. The $75 per person cost includes parking, gourmet lunch, and conference -materials. Refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be given if written withdrawal is received at least 10 business days prior to the conference.

Location

The New England Center hotel and conference facility is on the UNH campus in Durham, about a 90-minute drive north of Boston and an hour’s drive east of Manchester. Parking is available. A map will be mailed with your registration confirmation.

• By Fax. Print out the dowloadable Registration Form, fill it in, and fax us your registration form with your credit card information. Our fax number is (603) 862-0655.
• By Mail. Print out, complete and return the downloadable Registration Form with your payment to UNH Registration, Stoke Hall, 11 Garrison Avenue, Durham, NH 03824. Make checks payable to "UNH".
